Refund and Replacement Policy
No refund for accepted and delivered orders.
• Exception: Refund applicable within 2 hours of order cancellation.
Customers can avail replacement of previously made order if they receive any damaged plants but that need an unboxing video from customer with 24 hours of delivery. And replaced order will be shipped with customer’s next order.
No refund on plants frozen due to severe weather conditions as its customers due responsibility to inform us beforehand regarding the weather condition few days prior to their order’s shipment.
If customer has any query related refund can contact our customer service within 24 hours of making an order or can drop an email to SR Plant Nursery’s official email address.
